Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC,

Fin novembre 2021 (date exacte à venir), une mise à jour du Système régional de prévision d’ensemble, SRPE (*) sera mise en œuvre au sein d’un nouveau cycle d’innovation de nos systèmes opérationnels (plus de détails prochainement).

Dans le cadre de cette mise à jour, le SRPE sera piloté par le toit du modèle qui sera abaissé de 0.1mb à 17mb afin de réduire le temps d’éxécution.

Une conséquence directe sera donc le retrait du niveau 10mb dans les données GRIB actuellement disponibles sur le Datamart du SMC à cette adresse :

https://dd.meteo.gc.ca/ensemble/reps/

Nous sommes désolés des impacts que cela pourrait engendrer dans vos applications. Je demeure disponible pour toute question relative à cette mise à jour.

Dear MSC Datamart users,

At the end of November 2021 (exact date to come), an update of the Regional Ensemble Prediction System, REPS (*) will be implemented within a new innovation cycle of our operational systems (more details in the next weeks).

As part of this update, the REPS will be driven by the model top, which will be lowered from 0.1mb to 17mb in order to reduce the execution time.

A direct consequence will be the removal of the 10mb level in the GRIB data currently available on the MSC Datamart at this address:
