Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC,
Suite à la
mise à jour du Système de Prévision Interannuelle et Saisonnière Canadien (SPISCan) lors de la mise en oeuvre du dernier
cycle d’innovation le 11 juin 2024, les prévisions rétrospectives (hindcast) de ce système
à 1 degré de résolution sont maintenant disponibles à cette adresse :
https://dd.meteo.gc.ca/model_cansips/100km/hindcast/
Tel qu’annoncé le 4 juillet dernier,
les données de prévisions rétrospectives basées sur l’ancienne version du système
SPISCan à 2.5 degrés ne sont désormais plus utiles et seront donc
retirées du Datamart du SMC le 1er octobre 2024, afin d’éviter toute confusion.
La
documentation sera mise à jour en conséquence à cette date.

Following the
update of the Canadian Seasonal and Inter-annual Prediction System (CanSIPS) during the implementation of the last
innovation cycle on June 11, 2024, the hindcast data at 1 degree of resolution
are now available at this address:
https://dd.weather.gc.ca/model_cansips/100km/hindcast/
As
announced on July 4, 2024, hindcast
CanSIPS data at 2.5 degrees are no longer useful, and will therefore be
removed from the MSC Datamart on October 1st 2024, to avoid any confusion.
The
documentation will be updated accordingly at this date.
