Chers usagers des images radar,

En raison de la panne prolongée du radar de McGill (WMN), Environnement Canada rend disponible un produit de contingence basé sur une image composite générée à partir de 4 radars canadiens avoisinants (XFT, WVY, XLA et WMB) et du radar américain de Burlington (CXX).

Ces images suivront la même convention pour les noms de fichiers que celles du radar de McGill, et elles seront disponibles dans le répertoire habituel sur le Datamart pour ce radar:

Ces images composites peuvent être différenciées de celle du radar de McGill grâce à l'inscription "Image composite" dans la légende à droite de l'image.

Elles seront disponibles sur le Datamart à partir de lundi 19 janvier 2015, et elles seront produites jusqu'à la remise en service du radar de McGill.

Dear radar image users,

Due to the extended outage of the McGill radar (WMN), Environment Canada provides a contingency product based on a composite image generated from four Canadian neighbouring radars (XFT, WVY, XLA, WMB) and the Burlington US radar (CXX).

These images will follow the same file naming convention as per the McGill radar and will be available in the usual directory on the Datamart for this radar:
http://dd.weather.gc.ca/radar/PRECIPET/GIF/WMN/


These composite images can be differentiated from those of the McGill radar by the inscription "Image composite" in the legend on the right of the image.

The images will be available on the Datamart starting Monday, January 19 2015 and will be produced until the reactivation of McGill radar.
