J’aimerais vous informer que la
mise à jour importante des produits CAP-XML, soit l'introduction de polygones en libre forme
représentant la véritable zone de menace pour un aléas météorologique s’appliquant seulement aux
alertes de tornade et d’orages violents, initialement planifiée pour juin 2026 est retardée. Une nouvelle date sera communiquée dès que possible.

I would like to inform you that the
major update to CAP-XML products—specifically, the introduction of free-form polygons representing the actual hazard area for a weather hazard, applicable only to
tornado and severe thunderstorm alerts— initially planned for June 2026, has been postponed. A new date will be communicated as soon as possible.
