Dear users of the Regional Deterministic Precipitation Analysis (RDPA) based on CaPA,

== Removal of data at 15 km resolution ==

As of Thursday February 18, 2016, the 15 km resolution RDPA-CaPA data are no longer available on the Datamart.  In November 2014, a new 10 km data set was added to our offer.  A message was sent at that time advising that the 15 km data set would be halted and that clients would need to migrate to the 10 km data set. 

Given the lapse of time between the original announcement and the termination of the 15 km data set, we regret than a reminder notice was not sent.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

For users already using the 10 km RDPA-CaPA data, termination of the 15 km data will have no impact. 

== Change of nomenclature for files at 10 km resolution ==

Note that the 10 km data is available in two different files names.  As per the Nov 2014 announcement, the old filenames will also be eliminated in favour of those which include a cut-off time (noted by the word “cutoff” which appears in the filename).  Clients are requested to migrate to this nomenclature as soon as possible if they have not done so already.

== Retrait des données à 15 km de résolution ==
 
Depuis jeudi le 18 février, 2016, les données de ARDP-CaPA à résolution de 15 km ne sont plus disponibles sur le datamart.  En novembre 2014, un nouvel ensemble de données à 10 km a été ajouté à notre offre.  Un message a été envoyé à l’époque informant que nous mettrions fin à la diffusion des données à 15 km et que les clients devaient migrer au jeu de données à 10 km.  
 
Étant donné le lapse de temps entre l’annonce original et l’arrêt des données à 15 km, nous regrettons qu’un rappel n’ait pas été envoyé.  Nous sommes désolés pour tout inconvénient que cela aurait pu causer.
 
Pour les usagers qui utilisent déjà les données ARDP-CaPA à 10 km, l’interruption des données à 15 km n’aura aucun impact.  
 
== Changement de nomenclature pour fichiers à 10 km de résolution ==
 
Notez que les données à 10 km sont disponibles sous deux noms de fichiers différents.  Tel qu’annoncé en novembre 2014, les vieux noms de fichiers seront également éliminés éventuellement en faveur de ceux qui incluent le temps de coupure (identifiés avec le mot « cutoff » inclus dans le nom).  Les clients sont invités à migrer vers cette nomenclature dès que possible si ce n’est pas déjà fait.
