SMC,
Une panne de notre
centre informatique de haute performance a entrainé le
mardi 19 mai 2020 des enjeux dans la production et la dissémination
des données vers le Datamart du SMC
ainsi que vers le serveur alternatif HPFX. Tous les systèmes de
prévision numérique du temps sont affectés, ce
qui a entrainé un délai dans la disponibilité des données de
la passe 12Z.
Nos
analystes font tout leur possible pour rattraper les passes
antérieures et rendre les données disponibles au plus tôt.
Nous
sommes désolés des impacts que cette panne entraine dans vos
applications et nous tenons à vous assurer que tous les
efforts sont entrepris pour stabiliser notre service de
données

A major outage of our
high-performance data center has caused issues in the
production and dissemination of the MSC Datamart and the
alternative HPFX data, on Tuesday May
19th, 2020. All
numerical weather prediction systems are affected, which has
resulted in a delay in the availability of the 12Z data.
Our analysts
are doing their best to catch up on previous runs and make
data available as soon as possible.
We apologize
for the impacts that this could cause to your applications. We
wish to assure you that every effort is made to stabilize our
data services.
We are following the situation
closely and I will keep you informed within the next few
hours.
