Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC,

Dans un souci d'harmonisation avec la Licence du gouvernement ouvert du Canada (http://ouvert.canada.ca/fr/licence-du-gouvernement-ouvert-canada), nous souhaitons vous informer que la licence d'utilisation des données du Datamart a récemment été mise à jour afin de s'y conformer, à l'exception de clauses supplémentaires, spécifiquement reliées à l'attribution des données externes. Des clauses ont également été ajoutées afin de se prémunir contre tout changement au contenu des avertissements météorologiques (c'est à dire veilles et alertes).

Ainsi, vous avez toujours les droits d'accès, ainsi que le droit de modifier (à l'exception des avertissements) , améliorer et redistribuer les données.

Tel que mentionné dans la version 1.1 précédente de la licence qui remonte à l'année 2011, vous êtes toujours tenus d'attribuer la source des données à Environnement et changement climatique Canada et de vous assurer qu'il est aisé pour toute personne ayant accès à vos services ou produits de comprendre que la source des données est bien Environnement et changement climatique Canada.

Les termes et conditions d'utilisation de la version 1.1 de la licence sont compatibles avec cette nouvelle version 2.0, qui est disponible à l'adresse:

Dear MSC Datamart users,

With a view to harmonising with the Open Government Licence of Canada (http://open.canada.ca/en/open-government-licence-canada), we would like to inform you that the end-user licence of the MSC Datamart has been recently updated. The new licence is now in conformance with the Open Government Licence, with the exception of clauses specifically related to ensuring proper attribution or external data and to preventing changes to weather alerts (i.e. watches/warnings).

Hence, you still have all the necessary access rights as well as the right to modify (except for weather alerts), improve and redistribute the data.

As mentioned in the previous 2011 version 1.1, you must still have to attribute the source of the data to Environment and Climate Change Canada as well as ensure that it must be easily identifiable for any individual given access to your services and/or products that the source of the Data is Environment and Climate Change Canada .

The terms and conditions of use of the version 1.1 of the licence are compatible with this updated version 2.0 available at the address:
