Dear MSC GeoMet users,


For your information, a new observation and forecasting site generated for the national Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) program was added to the open data offering on November 20, 2023: the Genesee site (IAFYX) in the Prairies and North region.

AQHI observation data for this station is now available as an OGC-API Features collection via GeoMet-OGC-API at the following URL:

    https://api.weather.gc.ca/collections/aqhi-observations-realtime/items?lang=en&limit=10&offset=0&sortby=-observation_datetime&location_id=iafyx

AQHI forecast data for this station is now also available as an OGC-API Features collection via GeoMet-OGC-API at the following URL:

    https://api.weather.gc.ca/collections/aqhi-forecasts-realtime/items?lang=en&limit=10&offset=0&sortby=-forecast_datetime&location_id=iafyx

The station list and documentation have been updated accordingly.

Pour votre information, un nouveau site d'observation et de prévision généré pour le programme national de la Côte air santé (CAS) AQHI a été ajouté le 20 novembre 2023 à l’offre de données ouvertes.

Il s'agit du site du site Genesee (IAFYX) en région des Prairies et du Nord.

Les données d'observation de la CAS pour ce nouveau site sont disponibles en tant que collection OGC-API Features via GeoMet-OGC-API à l’adresse suivante:
