There is a hardware problem on one GPU of vis-08. We must shut down that node until we can fix it. The node has been removed from ThinLinc to prevent new connections landing on it. There are still users having a session on it from DFO, NRCAN and eccc_wherd. If you are using vis-08 at the moment, close your ThinLinc session and open a new one to be given another node.

The shutdown will be done at 16:00 ET today.

 

Il y a un problème matériel avec un GPU de vis-08. Nous devons éteindre ce nœud jusqu’à la résolution du problème. Nous avons retiré le nœud de la boucle de ThinLinc pour éviter que des nouvelles connexions y aboutissent. Il y a encore des utilisateurs de DFO, NRCAN et eccc_wherd qui y ont une session. Si vous utilisez vis-08 en ce moment, fermez votre session ThinLinc et ouvrez-en une nouvelle sur un autre nœud.

L’arrêt aura lieu à 16 h HE aujourd’hui.
