? Passport services including lodgements of passport applications, providing parental
consent and collection of passports are by appointment and exceptional for urgent and
emergency cases.
? The Australian Passport Office provides comprehensive information on passport
applications, including how to apply or renew your passport, rules and procedures for
getting a passport, urgent applications, resuming or tracking your application,
using/protecting/securing your passport, or reporting a lost/stolen/damaged passport.
A copy of your Australian birth, death or marriage certificate can be ordered from the
Registrar in the relevant state or territory. For enquiries regarding Australian Border
