[NOUVEAU] : Indice climatique thermique universel (UTCI) dans les données SHRPD 2.5km / [NEW] : Universal thermal climate index (UTCI) in the 2.5km HRDPS data

/(English follows)/ Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC, Les indices biométéorologiques sont utilisés pour mesurer le niveau d'inconfort des humains en raison de plusieurs conditions environnementales. *L'indice climatique thermique universel (UTCI) regroupe en une seule valeur les effets de la température, de l'humidité, de la vitesse du vent et des flux de rayonnement à ondes courtes et longues sur le corps humain à l'extérieur* (voir image en attaché). Cet indice figure parmi plus de 10 indices biométéorologiques présentés dans le document (*) de l'Organisation mondiale de la santé intitulé "/Heatwaves and Health: Guidance on Warning-System Development/" (2015; p21). L'UTCI est le résultat d'une collaboration à un projet international visant à développer un indice thermique accessible homogénéisé basé sur un modèle thermo-physiologique de pointe. This index is reported among more than 10 biometeorological indices presented in a document (*) from the World Meteorological Organization titled “/Heatwaves and Health: Guidance on Warning-System Development/” (2015, p21). The UTCI is the result of an international collaboration project to develop a homogenized accessible thermal index based on a state-of-the-art thermo-physiological model. /(English follows)/ Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC, Dans le cadre d’une démarche visant à standardiser la nomenclature des fichiers du Datamart du SMC, veuillez noter qu’à compter du *27 avril 2021, passe de 12Z*, une *mise à jour des noms de fichiers du SHRPD 2.5km dont les données sont disponibles sur la grille lat-lon tournée* (*), sera mise en œuvre. Ce changement mineur concerne les paramètres disponibles en niveau de pression pour lesquels 4 caractères seront désormais prévus pour représenter le niveau en question. Par exemple, Le fichier représentant l’altitude géopotentielle à 50 hPa : 20210321T12Z_MSC_HRDPS_*HGT_ISBL-50*_RLatLon0.0225_P006.grib2 , sera renommé selon : 20210321T12Z_MSC_HRDPS_*HGT_ISBL-0050*_RLatLon0.0225_P006.grib2 Nous sommes désolés des désagréments que ce changement pourrait engendrer dans vos applications. Les fichiers XML (*)//en temps réel//seront modifiés en conséquence de deux façons : 1) Des périodes "Jour 2 soir et nuit" et "Jour 3" s’ajouteront à la fin des blocs de prévision_ _____ Par exemple, en ce mardi, on aurait les blocs suivants : * Mardi * Mardi soir et nuit * Mercredi * /Mercredi soir et nuit (ajout)/ Ce mardi soir, nous aurions : * Mardi soir et nuit * Mercredi * /Mercredi soir et nuit (ajout)/ * /Jeudi (ajout)/ 2) Le nombre d’heures de prévisions horaires (sous l’élément «hourlyForecastGroup») sera aussi modifié et passera de 18 à 37 heures. En conséquence, le *Système canadien de prévision de l'Arctique (SCPA) et le Système régional de prévision océan-glace (SRPOG)* qui avaient été installés en mode expérimental sur *DD-Alpha*, le serveur d'essai du Datamart du SMC en janvier 2018, vont être *suspendus dès novembre 2021* (date exacte à venir).
