Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC,
Il me fait plaisir de vous annoncer une mise à jour significative des données du Système global de prévision d'ensemble (SGPE)<https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-data/nwp_geps/readme_geps_fr/>, disponibles sur le Datamart du SMC, à cette adresse :

Voici la liste détaillée des paramètres ajoutés :
* Énergie de convection potentielle disponible la plus instable (MUCAPE). Ex : CMC_geps-prob_MUCAPE_SFC_0_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Cisaillement vertical du vent entre les couches 850-250 mb et 925-700 mb (VWSH). Ex : CMC_geps-prob_VWSH_ISBL_850-250_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2 ; CMC_geps-prob_VWSH_ISBL_925-700_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Température à 850 mb (TEMP). Ex : CMC_geps-prob_TEMP_ISBL_0850_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
Par ailleurs, des probabilités et percentiles ont été ajoutés à quelques paramètres existants, à savoir :
* Probabilité d'accumulation de précipitations totales de 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 et 100 mm sur 6 heures. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_TPRATE-Accum-6h_SFC_0_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Probabilité d'accumulation de précipitations totales de 75, 100 et 150 mm sur 24 heures. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_TPRATE-Accum-24h_SFC_0_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Probabilité du vent soutenu de 20 m/s sur une période de 6 heures. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_WIND-Max-6h_TGL_10m_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Probabilité des vents soutenus de 10, 15, 20, 25 m/s sur une période de 3 heures. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_WIND-Max-3h_TGL_10m_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2 ; CMC_geps-prob_WIND-Max-6h_TGL_10m_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Percentiles (25%, 50%, 75%), maximum et minimum des accumulations des précipitations totales aux 6 heures. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_TPRATE-Accum-6h_SFC_0_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Percentiles (25%, 50%, 75%), maximum et minimum des accumulations des précipitations solides aux 6 heures. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_SPRATE-Accum-6h_SFC_0_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2 ; CMC_geps-prob_IPRATE-Accum-6h_SFC_0_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Percentiles (25%, 50%, 75%), maximum et minimum du vent à 250 hPa et à 850 hPa sur une période de 3 heures. Ex: CMC_geps-prob_WIND_ISBL_0250_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2 ; CMC_geps-prob_WIND_ISBL_0850_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Percentiles (25%, 50%, 75%), maximum et minimum des rafales de vents soutenus sur une période de 3 heures. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_GUST-Max-3h_TGL_10m_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2 ; CMC_geps-prob_GUST-Max-6h_TGL_10m_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Moyenne d'ensemble et écart-type de la hauteur géopotentielle à 500 hPa. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_HGT_ISBL_0500_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Moyenne d'ensemble et écart-type de la pression au niveau de la mer. Ex : CMC_geps-prob_PRMSL_MSL_0_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2

I am pleased to announce a significant update of the Global Ensemble Prediction System (GEPS) <https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-data/nwp_geps/readme_geps_en/> data, available on the MSC Datamart, at this address:

Here is a detailed list of the parameters added :
* Most unstable convective available potential energy (MUCAPE). Ex : CMC_geps-prob_MUCAPE_SFC_0_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Wind vertical shear between the layers 850-250 mb and 925-700 mb (VWSH). Ex : CMC_geps-prob_VWSH_ISBL_850-250_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2 ; CMC_geps-prob_VWSH_ISBL_925-700_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
* Temperature at 850 mb (TEMP). Ex : CMC_geps-prob_TEMP_ISBL_0850_latlon0p5x0p5_2025032700_P024_all-products.grib2
In addition, probabilities and percentiles have been added to a number of existing parameters, namely:
