Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC,
J'aimerais vous informer que depuis le jeudi 6 février 2025, passe de 12Z, les données
du Système expérimental à haute résolution de prévision déterministe Nord (SHRDP-Nord)
couvrant l'ensemble du bassin arctique et la baie d'Hudson, sont disponibles sur
le Datamart du SMC à cette adresse :
https://dd.meteo.gc.ca/model_hrdps/north/3km/
Ces données, sur une grille étendue lat-lon tournée à 3km de résolution, étaient
jusqu'à
présent<https://comm.collab.science.gc.ca/mailman3/hyperkitty/list/dd_info@comm.collab.science.gc.ca/message/AOAIUQW2S45R2LXS4VMRVHXNJTE7MJ5Z/>
disponibles uniquement sur
DD-Alpha<https://dd.alpha.meteo.gc.ca/model_hrdps/north/3km/>, le serveur web
d'essai du Datamart du SMC. En les hébergeant sur le Datamart du SMC, on fait ainsi
profiter les usagers du support 24-7 de l'accès à ce jeu de données même s'il
demeure pour le moment encore expérimental.
Nous invitons dès à présent les usagers à migrer vers ces données lat-lon tournées 3km sur
le Datamart du SMC puisque les données sur DD-Alpha seront retirées le mardi 17 juin 2025.
C'est aussi à cette date que les données sur grille polaire stéréographique à 2.5km
<https://dd.meteo.gc.ca/model_hrdps/north/grib2/> seront retirées de l'offre de
données. Plusieurs rappels seront envoyés d'ici là.
Je vous rappelle que les éléments du temps sur
grille<https://collaboration.cmc.ec.gc.ca/cmc/cmoi/product_guide/docs/tech_notes/technote_weong-hrdps_f.pdf>
(WEonG) sont également contenus dans ce jeu de données contrairement à celui sur la grille
réduite polaire stéréographique à 2.5km.
Finalement, la
documentation<https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-data/nwp_hrdps-north/readme_hrdps-north-datamart_fr/>
a été mise à jour en conséquence.

Dear MSC Datamart users,
I would like to inform you that as of Thursday, February 6, 2025, 12Z run, data from the
experimental High Resolution Deterministic Prediction System North (HRDPS-North) covering
the entire Arctic Basin and Hudson Bay, are available on the MSC Datamart at this address
:

These data, on a rotated extended lat-lon grid at 3km resolution, were
previously<https://comm.collab.science.gc.ca/mailman3/hyperkitty/list/dd_info@comm.collab.science.gc.ca/message/AOAIUQW2S45R2LXS4VMRVHXNJTE7MJ5Z/>
only available on DD-Alpha<https://dd.alpha.meteo.gc.ca/model_hrdps/north/3km/>, the
MSC Datamart testing web server. By making them available on the MSC Datamart, users can
now benefit from 24-7 support for this dataset access, even if it remains experimental for
the time being.
We invite users to migrate to these 3km rotated lat-lon data on the MSC Datamart as soon
as possible, as the DD-Alpha data will be withdrawn on Tuesday June 17, 2025. It is also
on this date that the 2.5km polar stereographic grid

<https://dd.weather.gc.ca/model_hrdps/north/grib2/> will be withdrawn from the data
offer. Several reminders will be sent between now and then.
I remind you that the weather elements on the

(WEonG) data are also contained in this dataset, unlike the 2.5km polar stereographic
grid.

has been updated accordingly.
