[dd_info] Change to Sea Surface Temperature in CanSIPS / Changement au température de surface de la mer dans SPISCan

/(Le français suit)/ Dear CanSIPS users, It was noticed recently that the Sea Surface Temperature field used in the production of the CanSIPS grib2 files is not the correct field. There are two such fields, one from the atmospheric component of the coupled atmosphere-ocean model and one from the oceanic component. The latter, higher resolution, field is the correct one, while the former was the one being used. The differences between the two fields are minor, but we want to correct the situation nonetheless. The field in question is WTMP_SFC_0, found in the CanSIPS directory: http://dd.weather.gc.ca/ensemble/cansips/grib2/forecast/raw/ The new field will be used starting from the October 31, 2015 forecast. Il y a deux champs de température de surface de la mer dans SPISCan. L'un provient de la composante atmosphérique du modèle couplé océan-atmosphère, tandis que l'autre provient de sa composante océanique. Ce dernier, avec une résolution spatiale plus élevée, est le bon alors que le premier était celui utilisé. Les différences entre ces deux champs sont mineures, mais nous voulons corriger néanmoins la situation.
