(English follows) Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC, Un nouveau produit de trajectoires d’ouragans émises par le Centre canadien de prévisions des ouragans<https://www.canada.ca/fr/environnement-changement-climatique/services/previsions-faits-ouragans/produits.html> (CCPO) est maintenant disponible sur le Datamart du SMC, en format GeoJSON, à cette adresse : https://dd.meteo.gc.ca/hurricanes Pendant la saison des ouragans (du 1er juin au 30 novembre), de l’information sur les trajectoires de tempêtes est générée par le CCPO chaque fois qu’un cyclone tropical ou post-tropical se trouve dans l’océan Atlantique, selon un protocole<https://www.canada.ca/fr/environnement-changement-climatique/services/previsions-faits-ouragans/produits/comprendre/information-trajectoires-cyclones-tropicaux.html> bien établi. Ces données géoréférencées seront bientôt disponibles à travers nos services web (API)<https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-geomet/readme_fr/> et remplaceront, lors de la prochaine saison des ouragans, les données de trajectoires en format Shapefile<https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-data/hurricanes/readme_hurricanes_fr/> actuellement disponibles dans notre offre de données ouvertes. Je vous souhaite un bon week-end et un bel été à l’abri des ouragans. 😉 Sandrine ============================= Dear MSC Datamart users, A new product of hurricane tracks issued by the Canadian Hurricane Centre<https://www.canada.ca/en/environment-climate-change/services/hurricane-forecasts-facts/products.html> (CHC) is now available on the MSC Datamart, in GeoJSON format, at this address : https://dd.weather.gc.ca/hurricanes During the hurricane season (June 1 to November 30), storm track information is generated by the CHC whenever a tropical or post-tropical cyclone is in the Atlantic Ocean, according to a well-etablished protocol<https://www.canada.ca/en/environment-climate-change/services/hurricane-forecasts-facts/products/understanding/tropical-cyclone-track-information.html>.
