/(English follows)/ Chers usagers du Datamart du SMC, Ceci est une mise à jour de l'annonce envoyée en décembre dernier concernant des changements à venir dans les données de prévisions de vagues: https://lists.ec.gc.ca/pipermail/dd_info/2017-December/000246.html C'est avec grand plaisir que je vous annonce la *mise en œuvre opérationnelle du nouveau **Système global de prévision déterministe de vagues (SGPDV)**sur le Datamart, depuis le lundi 12 février 2018.* Les détails sur ce nouveau système sont disponibles dans le guide des produits du CMC: http://collaboration.cmc.ec.gc.ca/cmc/CMOI/product_guide/docs/lib/op_syst... Les données à 0.25 degré de résolution se trouvent à l'adresse: http://dd.meteo.gc.ca/model_wave/ocean/global/grib2/ Les sorties sont disponibles jusqu'à 120h, aux heures de 0 à 48 heures puis aux 3 heures, pour les passes de 00Z et 12Z. La documentation associée se trouve ici: http://dd.meteo.gc.ca/model_wave/doc/gdwps/README_GDWPS.txt Veuillez noter que par souci de conformité aux standards GRIB de l'OMM, le paramètre PKPER (période pic des vagues) a été renommé en PWPER. Par ailleurs, et tel qu'annoncé en décembre dernier, son "/LevelType_leve/l" passe de TGL_0 à SFC_0. Par ailleurs, *les nouveaux domaines régionaux à 1km de résolution ne seront disponibles que dans les semaines à venir. Par conséquent, les domaines Arctique, Atlantique nord et Pacifique nord, vont demeurer encore pendant une certaine période. The details of this new system are available in the CMC Product guide: http://collaboration.cmc.ec.gc.ca/cmc/CMOI/product_guide/docs/lib/op_syst... The 0.25 degree resolution data can be found at the address: http://dd.meteo.gc.ca/model_wave/ocean/global/grib2/ The outputs are available at 00Z and 12Z, hourly from 00h to 48h , then 3-hourly until 120 hours. On the other hand, and as mentioned in the previous announcement, the PWPER LevelType_level will change from TGL_0 to SFC_0. Finally, the *new 1km resolution regional domains will only be available in several weeks (exact date to come). Consequently, the Arctic, North Atlantic and North Pacific domains will remain available during this period.
