(English follows)
(SHRPD)<https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-data/nwp_hrdps/readme_hrdps_fr/> :

*
https://dd.meteo.gc.ca/today/model_hrdps/continental/2.5km/{HH}/{hhh}/{YY...
La
documentation<https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-data/nwp_hrdps/readme_hrdps-datamart_fr/#liste-des-variables>
Cordialement.

===========================
Dear MSC Datamart users,
Since Thursday, September 17, 2026, 12Z, two new biometeorological
indices<https://library.wmo.int/records/item/54600-heatwaves-and-healt...,
used to measure the level of human discomfort owing to several environmental conditions,
have been added to the High Resolution Deterministic Prediction System
(HRDPS)<https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-data/nwp_hrdps/readme_hrdps-datamart_en/>
data:
* Wet-bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT), an index based on air temperature, humidity, wind
and radiation fluxes that is used to estimate the effects of heat exposure on humans. The
WBGT index is most commonly used in the areas of sports and workplace heat exposure.
* Mean Radiant Temperature (MRT), which represents the uniform temperature of an
imaginary enclosure in which the radiative exchanges between the occupant and their
surrounding surfaces would be equivalent to those occurring in their real environment. It
is actually the weighted average of surface temperatures perceived by the human body in
all directions. The MRT index is mainly used in the field of thermal comfort and civil
engineering.
These new parameters are available in the following files, respectively:
*
https://dd.weather.gc.ca/today/model_hrdps/continental/2.5km/{HH}/{hhh}/{...
*
https://dd.weather.gc.ca/today/model_hrdps/continental/2.5km/{HH}/{hhh}/{...
The
documentation<https://eccc-msc.github.io/open-data/msc-data/nwp_hrdlps/readme_hrdlps-datamart_fr/#liste-des-variables>
has been updated accordingly.
I hope that these new fields will be useful in your applications, do not hesitate to
contact me if you have any questions or require additional information.
I wish you a great weekend.
Regards.
Sandrine
